Chicken Noodle Soup and Chai Green Tea for the sou Chicken Noodle Soup and Chai Green Tea for the soul!! Well. More like for the {Body} because I’ve been so sick. The weather change got me - as it does. Plus I think the stress of the last couple of months caught up with me and my body just said ENOUGH! You will rest! I find it so frustrating though. I suppose that’s true for anyone really.  So far today I have not required any paracetamol or ibuprofen - and for the most part I feel like I can move. The challenge is to take it S-L-O-W. The goal today is to edit a Vlog and play catch up there. Use the mental space I’m about to get (no one else in the house for a few hours - solo time!) to plan a new routine - because virtually EVERYTHING has changed while still staying the same.  My husband’s work hours, kids’ therapies, P&C commitments, study schedule (which reminds me I have an assessment due Friday. Eep.), friend catch ups and even the season (duh) has changed and I need to readjust everything.  In terms of the housing situation- we know nothing. We have no idea what our landlord’s intentions are. We ideally would like to stay here until July 2022 at which time we’re hopeful we will have enough to get a loan - but still so many unknowns.  My major goal however is to reconnect with you guys. I think part of the reason I feel guilty about being so underground is because it appears as though I’ve taken you guys for granted. And I haven’t. I’m soooo grateful to each of you. I hope you know that.  One of the things about being forced to slowdown - as I have through this latest mental and physical health struggle - is that I have had time to assess and reassess my systems and goals. I’ve learnt that I will no longer wait until my brain and body for e me to do that - and I intend to start incorporating that time into my days in an intentional and meaningful way.  When was the last time you took a time out for that?
